The two of us didn't know where were Aro-Ace until we were 35; and have only felt comfortable coming out this year. As teachers the two of us want to create safe spaces for our LGBTQIA+ students to know that they have someone in their lives who knows a piece of their journey, to give them a positive influence as they try to figure themselves out in the most turbulent age of all: adolescence. :createwithpride:

Call me Valshaena... I used to draw... I used to write poetry... occasional stories... I take pictures now... My well of creativity has gone dark. The last time I looked into that well I almost fell in and couldn't get out... I almost died... I can't let that happen yet... not now... I have too much that needs me ... bear with me if I don't post much... I am not that great and I don't have the photo editing tools most do.... What I upload is raw... I lurk more than anything anymore.
UPDATE: Well I have somehow managed to tap that well imperfectly for now. It hurts to write but its not as bad as it used to be. Here lately things have been crying out to be said however my wordsmithing just doesn't seem to say it properly. Bear with me as I figure this mess out again. I need to hit up the Harbrace again.
I will look around at art if I like I fave I prolly will not comment unless it strikes something in me that requires it. Everyone is welcome for the fav. Sorry I dun like replying much either so I figger I will say that here LOL

I discovered Assassin's Creed a while back when I discovered ES Posthumous. It has been something I have wanted to play for a while but never really got around to until recently when I discovered novelizations by Mirror and Image (https://www.fanfiction.net/u/763713/Mirror-and-Image) Now I am obsessed. Their work has captured my imagination in a way that the game can't due to its somewhat exacting and twitchgaming nature. Its been a while

Wow its been a long time since I have checked my deviant watches and messages. Its been a while since I have felt anything to post it. I have been busy. I got a job in a call center that started on 7.16.12 No I am not going to tell you where. Call it a safety thing. I am up to have the hubbybear at work by 5am come back home to catch a quick nap then off to work and home by approx 6p with very little time to do much and even less energy. Perhaps once I get on an even keel I can put some stuff out. I will be taking pics at a golf tournament next week so hopefully I can post a few of those pics. Well its late and I have to be up early

I finally got the nerve to publish some of my freeform poetry to fictionpress.com I wonder how it will be received if at all. Maybe I will get the nerve to pub Bookbound to Fanfiction.net. I dunno the Publishing ToS and Guidelines over there are a bit off putting. Encouraging the already present trepidation and feeling that what I have to write isn't good enough. Need to get away from that phrase... Nevergoodenough has always set me into a dangerous tailspin of depression. Can't let it drag me down especially this late at night.
